The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by Energy Advisor LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENERGY ADVISOR LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO $100.
