Energy Advisor is an AI-powered tool that helps residential electricity customers understand their utility bills, compare rate plans, and identify opportunities to reduce energy costs. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze uploaded documents and answer questions about electricity billing and rate plans for PG&E, SCE, SDG&E, and other utilities.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of any documents you upload (such as utility bills). By uploading a document, you grant Energy Advisor LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process that document solely for the purpose of providing you a response. You represent that you have the right to share any document you upload. We will not use your uploaded documents to train AI models without your explicit consent.
The Service uses AI to analyze energy data and provide information. The information provided is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, legal, or engineering advice. Energy billing is complex and varies by utility, rate class, and individual circumstances. You should verify any analysis with your utility provider before making decisions based on it. We are not responsible for any financial outcomes resulting from reliance on the Service's output.
AI-generated responses may contain errors or inaccuracies. Energy rates, tariff schedules, and program eligibility change frequently. The Service may not reflect the most current rate information. Always verify important details with your utility directly.
The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by Energy Advisor LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENERGY ADVISOR LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO $100.
